Jiangsu Shuangjie established the basic policy of "quality as the basis and management as the core" , passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification, and obtained the third-level qualification of environmental protection engineering professional contracting. We have a well-equipped machining workshop, strictly implement the National Standard operating procedures in the process of engineering design, equipment manufacturing and construction, and strive for excellence, to provide customers with satisfactory products and professional and efficient, comprehensive engineering and technical services. The company covers an area of 45,000 square meters, a standardized production workshop of 16,800 square meters, a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tons, and has a metal coil, buy arc automatic welding, shot peening, cutting and other finishing production lines, and ultrasonic, x-ray, electric spark and other non-destructive testing equipment, it has provided sophisticated equipment for Guoxin Xinhai power plant, Zhejiang Neng Liuheng power plant, Guoxin Jingjiang power plant and other domestic 1,000 mw power plants, as well as large power plants of 747 mw and above such as Baitong power plant in Indonesia and Gudu power plant in Pakistan, as well as oil and chemical industries such as China Petrochemical Corporation and Haoyuan chemical industry of Jinmei Group, and to provide customers from environmental consulting, process development, equipment manufacturing, installation, commissioning to operation of the complete water treatment solutions.
The spacious and standard production environment has laid a solid foundation for the completion of production tasks with punctuality, quality and quantity. The company's existing standardized production workshop 16800 square meters, storage workshop 4500 square meters, each building workshop in accordance with 18 meters wide, 60 meters long, 15 meters high standard construction, workshop are equipped with 30 t/65 T, 15 T, 10 t large lifting equipment, there are 120 sets of special and general equipment, 2 production lines of shot peening and derusting, automatic submerged arc welding machine (welding diameter ø4000mm) , carbon dioxide shielded welding machine, automatic plate bending machine (thickness 30MM) , and 4 plasma cutting machines, argon arc welding machine and all kinds of AC welding machine more than 50 sets, large cross-arm drill (drill hole diameter ø80mm) , 1500T hydraulic machine 1 and metal cutting equipment more than sets, pipe bender, press, baking equipment. The production line has all kinds of professional and technical personnel 12,20 electric welders, cold riveting 40 people, staff technical level 4 above account for 68% of the total number.
